CROSS TIMBER HILLS IN SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS WAS ESTABLISHED IN THE EARLY 1980S. The Cross Timber Hills HOA is a voluntary HOA. The HOA is a 501c4 corporation. Residents may renew their membership annually but HOA membership is not required for the residents of Cross Timber Hills Subdivision, Kingswood Drive, or Morgan Road. HOA Members can access Member Only information. Login by clicking the person icon at the top right corner of the site. Residents of Cross Timber Hills Subdivision, Kingswood Drive, and Morgan Road can request to join the HOA by clicking the "Join Us" button below. HOA Members can request to join our private Facebook group. Please answer all three questions when requesting to join the Facebook group or your request will be automatically denied. |
